The Heroes Origins: Preview1
I stand near the entrance of the Hideout, looking out for anyone who would attempt to attack our home. I am Yarida, but others refer to me as The Almighty Hero because I have much experience in combat.
My spear is an age-old weapon. It has helped me through times of failure and success. It has lasted for generations, and it is also a super-rare item.
On the horizon I see the Field of Giants, a place where Giants roam. They used to be free, but it all changed when Ragewolf came and sent Bonedeth there. Good times…
I turn around and see Sukopon running towards me. Another rare monster? I hope so…
“Almighty!” exclaimed Sukopon, “I see a monster, and it's a big one!”
“Yes!” replied Yarida, delighted of the words that Sukopon said. “Time to get me some treasure.”
He then went to the Armory to get his equipment and then to the Master Obelisk to depart.
what love is not.it was a s l o p p y first kiss where
my drunk lips fumbled against yours.
the dull thwack of my heart,
locked behind curved ribs
cleared my groggy brain,
clouded with lustful premonitions.
it was an e l e c t r i f y i n g first kiss where
you entwined your hands in my hair.
your mouth encompassed mine and
my breath became lost in the steady
of your chest.
it was a s h y first kiss where
i pulled away before you could explore.
your tongue grazed my teeth,
searching for a way past the ivory gates.
i dug my finger into the stubble along your jaw,
my nail lulling your carnal desires.
it was my first kiss with you.
